Happy and Successful Learner – Theory and Tools from Finland
5-day Erasmus+ teacher training course based on positive pedagogy, practical classroom methods and the Finnish education approach. You will explore how to build a supportive learning environment, strengthen students’ wellbeing, and use concrete tools you can take back to your classroom immediately.
The course is highly interactive: short theory inputs, hands-on activities, peer sharing and reflection. You will also learn how student welfare and support systems work in Finland, including inclusion, special education practices and school culture.
